Ingredients Dehydrated Vegetables (Garlic, Red Bell Pepper), Sea Salt, Sugar, Herbs and Spices, Soya Sauce Powder, Canola Oil, Citric Acid, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate. Contains: Wheat, Soy, Sulphites. Usage Tips Combine 1 1/2 tsp. of olive oil with 1/2 lb (227g) fish or seafood. Coarsely grind seasoning on both sides of fish or seafood. Coat well. Refrigerate up to 1hr before use. Pan sear or roast for maximum flavor.
