Here is one of our 2024 Advent Calendar patterns: the Blitzen Mittens ! Designed by Louise Robert, these soft mittens are crafted using a double strands of our Albus and our Kid Silk yarns. For the 2024 edition of Biscotte Yarns Advent Calendar, I wanted to write a pattern for mittens with an arched gusset. This type of construction adds visual interest and improves the fit and comfort of the mittens. I accentuated its unique design by adding ribbing to the slipped stitches.
