Heat circulates continuously through and around the beans. There is no direct contact between the beans and the heating element, which supports consistent colour development across the batch. Temperature and time are set via two dial controls. The red dial sets target temperature and doubles as the start/stop control; the blue dial sets the timer and controls power on/off. A dual digital display shows current temperature and elapsed time simultaneously. The glass roasting chamber provides unobstructed visibility throughout the cycle.
