An Old Tom Gin Crafted for Montréal Gin 375 was created in honour of Montréal’s 375th anniversary. It is a contemporary take on Old Tom gin, built from 100% Québec corn and a set of indigenous botanicals that include boreal plants, fruit from the Eastern Townships and honey from the Laurentian Mountains.
