Lift and twist the upper deck to let the infused tea filter through into the bottom glass teapot. For homemade Iced Tea , simply double your dose of tea and add ice cubes in the bottom glass teapot before the infusion. Made with a permanent stainless steel filter and heat resistant glass. Preferred by many because of its greater control over the extraction.
