Hibiscus first captivated my senses as a delightful infusion. I was immediately taken by its tangy flavour and the beautiful pink hue it lends to herbal teas. A few years ago, I stumbled upon a hibiscus plant on sale at the end of the season. Although it was adorned with a slightly faded flower, I felt drawn to it.
