This sturdy, versatile cream machine makes creaming simple and profitable for any sugar maker. There is a large 16" diameter pan which may be used for heating and cooling the syrup, and then put directly onto the machine to mix the cream. Fully adjustable paddles mix the cream, and once the cream is done mixing, it can be scooped out of the pan into containers. This machine can also be used for making maple sugar, which cannot be done on the gear style cream machines.
