It has a light heat balanced with the sweetness of brown sugar, a vinegar tang, deep molasses flavour, and notes of fresh pineapple. Great for chicken, beef ribs, pork butt, game meat, or your protein of choice. 100% artisanal, gluten free, and clean label (no preservatives or additives).
