If you love lamb and you can use all the parts, then an entire lamb front is for you. This represents a 15-18% discount depending on the weight. The average weight of our lamb fronts are about 22 lb before processing. There is some loss after processing due to some loss of bone, cartilage and other unusable parts, which is normal. This price includes cutting and packaging.
