It all began with a cold call — and a couple of cold cans — back in 2022 when Le Seltzer cofounder Noah Bick knocked on the door of Cheese Boutique HQ in Toronto. One sip and one handshake was all it took to launch what’s been a very fruitful partnership between the two brands. Cheese Boutique was our very first distributor in Ontario and it’s largely thanks to them that we’ve built our fanbase in Toronto and beyond. Fast forward to 2025, and Le Seltzer got to chatting with Cheese Boutique co-owner, celebrated Cheese Master and cookbook author Afrim Pristine about new ways of working together.
