Peppapeach × Brazilian Starfish Pepper Seeds A colourful collector cross combining the compact, wrinkled orange pods of Brazilian Starfish with the warm peach-orange tones and fruity character of Peppapeach. Plants carry abundant, unusual peppers with real kitchen value for sauces, ferments, pickles and fresh garnishes. What to Expect Fruit: compact, lobed and wrinkled pods with a range of orange shades and natural shape variation. Flavour: fruity, bright and aromatic with a building medium-hot kick. Heat: variable from plant to plant because this is a cross; expect medium to hot heat. Kitchen use: fermented hot sauce, fresh salsa, pickling, drying and colourful garnish.
