When you think of decaf coffee, the word “versatility” doesn’t often come to mind. Sunset Sipper has always been about pushing the boundaries of what a decaf can be, so much so that it’s become a staple in our own pantries. Our new crop comes from Sebastián Ramírez and his dedicated team at El Placer. This marks the third coffee from Ramírez to join our menu. While his work most often appears in our Limited Series, we were especially impressed by his commitment not only to mastering rare and experimental microlots, but also to expanding his offerings with a thoughtfully produced decaf designed
