Here is the latest design of Christine Guest, the Turn a Corner Socks ! These beautiful Socks start with a Disappearing Cast on, then increase at the corners to a flat square of stockinette. Toe shaping starts by slowing the rate of increase at the two side corners. The foot shaping is in two vees, increased in the center of the foot and instep, decreased on both sides. The heel is formed by short-row wedges, all of which include central increases. To keep the gaps between the wedges to a minimum, complete rows are worked between each wedge.
