As long as the sturgeon is alive in the water the Cree will survive. Wasakajack's father lived on the earth he was the keeper of the earth beings. He was a the tree that stood close to Creator. Many of the spirits of the earth and sky surrounded him. As long as the trees grow straight to Creator the Cree will have faith.
