CAD Lapis Lazuli is one of my favorite stones. These Lapis beads are quite interesting as they are matte yet a beautiful blue. Here again, I have juxtaposed them with two identical vintage carved metal beads from Northern Africa and a large, rare vintage cloisonné and enamel bead from Asia. I love mixing materials from different continents and time periods. Lapis Lazuli is one of the most sought-after stones in use since man’s history began.
