A quarter front of beef is an economical choice for people that love our meat, love to cook and have freezer space. You will get all the parts of the kosher beef front so you can potentially created dozens of delicious dishes. A quarter beef front weights 150- 200 lbs (70 – 90 kg) but can also be as small as 110 lbs (50 kg) or as large as 220 lbs (100 kg) due to variations in the size of the steer. Please Note: Grass fed and grass finished beef may contain up to 5% of grains in their diet which usually consists of oats, wheat barley, a mix of peas, soybeans and corn – all of these grains are non GMO. The price is $20.95 per lb, hanging weight*, providing that you will take all the cuts from this quarter beef. Your total price will be between $ 1800.00 and $3688.00 approx. *Please be advised: Beef and Lamb packages will also have a Mehardin meat label, in addition to a Tiferet label.
